Software agents use for their own listing videos.

1UP is the product. The agent puts in listing photos, a portrait and a voice. The software returns the video.

Software agents buy and run.

Genflos develops and sells 1UP to real estate agents. The agent uses the software. Listing photographs, a portrait and a short voice recording go in. A home-tour video comes out: presenter footage, room walkthroughs, captions and a cut ready to post.

1UP is the product the agent uses. The presenter looks and sounds like the agent because the agent supplied the portrait and the voice. The rooms come from the photos already on the listing.

Built in Singapore, in English, for agents selling condos, landed homes and new launches. The agent runs it on their own listing.

The agent supplies the stills. Nothing is filmed on site.

Home-tour videos from listing photos

The agent adds the gallery from PropertyGuru, EdgeProp or their own files. 1UP builds room walkthroughs from those photographs, cut against voice or music.

Presenter videos in the agent's likeness

The agent adds a portrait and a voice sample. 1UP places that presenter in the rooms of the listing. No film day.

Captions and a file ready to post

1UP times the voice, adds captions and exports a vertical reel for Instagram, TikTok and listing portals.

1UP, used by the agent

The software the agent runs for each listing. It plans the reel, checks the cut against the listing facts, and assembles A-roll and B-roll.

Three things from the agent. The software does the rest.

There is no crew at the property. The agent puts in what they already have. 1UP returns a draft, then a file they can post.

  1. Listing photographs

The gallery as it stands. Living, kitchen, bedrooms, view. 1UP works from those frames, not from a new shoot.

  2. A portrait and a voice sample

A clear photo of the agent, and a short recording of their speaking voice. That is the presenter.

  3. Review, then post

The agent watches the draft 1UP returns. Errors in the cut are corrected. One round of directed changes comes with the software.
