Genflos sells 1UP, software a real estate agent uses to make a listing video. To run it, the agent provides listing photographs, a portrait, a voice recording, and their contact details.
What we collect
Name, mobile number, email, listing identifiers, photographs of the property, a portrait of the presenter, and a voice sample. The agent provides these when they use 1UP.
What we use it for
To run the software and return the video. To contact the agent about their access. We do not sell this data. We do not use listing photographs or presenter likenesses in advertising without written permission.
Where it is stored
Files live on the systems that run 1UP, including the cloud services used to render and store video. Access is limited to that agent's listing.
How long we keep it
Files are kept while the agent uses 1UP and while a revision is open, then archived or deleted on request.
